We moved across the world again — this time to Australia — to begin our new contract on the Carnival Encounter.

This video isn’t just a travel vlog. It’s the moment between chapters — the part where life feels big and uncertain and exciting all at once. Packing our lives in Chicago, long-haul flights, jet lag, new city energy, first steps onboard a ship we’ve never called home before… and that quiet feeling of here we go again.

Life as cruise ship musicians isn’t glamorous all the time, and it definitely isn’t simple. But there’s a rhythm to it — moments of chaos and calm, airports and ocean, routine and reinvention — and somehow, each time we step onto a new ship, it feels like choosing our dream all over again.

This is the beginning of a new season. A new ship. A new story.
