It's December and the holidays are nearing, so I feel like making a bunch of winter-related videos for the upcoming month. Joy! As I said previously I'd make this kind of videos for the Sonic Advance trilogy as well and this one fits the occasion so why not.
Compared to the Advance 3 OST video I also went through an extra step and merged the two noise channels again, as they're never used simultaneously and having them separate would be a waste of space.
