Disney, you let us down. What was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime dream trip for our family turned into heartbreak and frustration due to the way Disney handles their Disability Access Service (DAS) pass.
My brother-in-law, who has Motor Neurone Disease (MND), was promised by Disney before our trip that he would be eligible for a DAS pass - a system designed to help guests who physically cannot wait in long lines. But when we arrived at Disney World, we were denied the very service we were told we could receive. Instead of compassion, we were met with rejection.
