A common question being asked by condo investors is what will happen to a condominium unit after 50 years.

A lot of people seem to think that condos only have a lifespan of 50 years and after which, ownership will go back to the developer/land owner or the building will automatically be condemned due to its age. Is this a MYTH or a FACT?

In this episode, we shed light on this matter and discuss in detail the reasons why condominiums can last more than 50 years. We discussed the updated corporation code in relation to condominium corporations and touched on the Condominium Act of the Philippines.
