Stagecoach South Yorkshire 120 Full Route Visual- Ranmoor to Halfway via Sheffield City Centre

Good morning everyone, here is a full route visual on my favourite Sheffield bus route, the Stagecoach 120 from Ranmoor to Halfway. I have to say the Stagecoach part because First also run the 120 route alongside Stagecoach, however the route is slightly different (this is another reason why I love the route due to its unusualness)!

The 120 is a West-South East Cross City bus route in Sheffield in case you didn't know.

The Stagecoach route runs from Ranmoor, Ranmoor Park Road to Halfway Tram Stop via Broomhill, Royal Hallamshire Hospital, University Of Sheffield, City Centre: West Street, Pinstone Street, Arundel Gate, Haymarket, Sheffield Interchange, Sheffield Station | Shrewsbury Road, City Road, Manor Lodge, Manor Top, Intake, Frecheville, Birley Moor, Birley Spa, Hackenthorpe, Ochre Dyke Lane, Crystal Peaks Bus Station, Waterthorpe, Thorpe Green, Westfield, Auckland Way, Windmill Greenway and Halfway Morrisons!

The First 120 route runs very similar to the Stagecoach route. However, in the South of Sheffield, it terminates at Crystal Peaks (rather than carrying onto Halfway, like the Stagecoach route). But in the West of Sheffield, whereas the Stagecoach route terminates in Ranmoor, the First route carries on to Fulwood. The Stagecoach route is still longer though, and the route is more interesting in my opinion! I also prefer Stagecoach's E400Hs as I think they suit the route more than First's E40Ds. I love the E40Ds, but I think they suited the 51 and 95 more rather than the 120. However, I didn't like the 06 plate B7TLs First ran on the 120 before, so I guess that's why I have always preferred the Stagecoach route! ;)

Sorry for the camera not even being on the window at the start. It is hard to get the video to start directly (before the bus starts moving) at the first stop in Ranmoor because they stand across the road, turn round the loop on Ranmoor Park Road, and then open the doors, let you on, and then drive straight off. It is also not a very busy stop, so I can't rely on other passengers to hold it up.

Also, sorry for the rain near the end of the video... I was pretty annoyed as it was sunny near the start of the route, and then by Crystal Peaks, it had started to rain. Oh well, I can't control nature. It is still watchable though, and you can still see through it! ;)
