Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You've come into our optometry department today as you've been noticing some changes with your vision. One of our optometrists will examine your eyes and run a series of testing to try an diagnose what's going on.

*** Sorry for some bonks on the mics. I got new mics and new mic stands that have reflection shields on them so that my audio will be nicer. But... I'm not used to having all that stuff around my mics lol so, there will probably be some bonks and bass in the next few videos as I adapt.

What is ASMR? ASMR is a tingling sensation often felt on the scalp, neck, shoulders and back, although you may feel tingles in other places as well! ASMR is triggered by different types of stimuli. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR!
