A role within an Independent Hospital or Complex Care Home will see you working within a multi-disciplinary team to care for vulnerable people, to support those with complex behaviours and to manage the risks presented.

The role of the team is to implement a person centred care approach for each person, through therapeutic interventions, supporting daily living and helping each person to maintain their independence.

To ensure you feel confident in all aspects of your role you will have the opportunity to develop your career through on-going vocational training opportunities, so a willingness to learn and develop your skills in mental health is essential.
