Home Gym DIY Landmine Exercise Equipment
Hello and welcome to my channel
With all the lockdowns and restrictions goin on, it's best to find a way to keep fit at home, so I made my own Home Gym using a DIY landmine Exercise Equipment. In this way, I don't need to pay gym membership fee, no need to travel outside to go to the gym, no restrictions and I can workout anytime I want at the comfort of my own home!
Materials needed:
Weight Lifting bar (I used 6ft long 10lbs bar)
Set of weight plates
Any rectangular or square shaped plastic container ( this will be use to protect your walls)
(or alternatively, you can use an old cloth or towel to wrap the end of the bar)
