They call running 100 miles, life in a day.
I can see why and like life, it’s much more fun with friends.

It wasn't the day I had planned but I got my qualifier for Western States and an almost 4 hour PR but there is so much more time on the table! I should be happy with an 11% improvement, but I'm not!
