KACHORI INGREDIENTS

Step 1
Potato (Aloo) Stuffing

Oil - 2 Tsp
Cumin - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Green Chilies (Chopped) - 1 Tsp
Boiled Potatoes - 2
Salt - 1 Tsp
Red Chili - 1 Tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 Tsp

Step 2
Kachori Dough

All Purpose flour (Maida) - 2 Cups
Salt - 1 Tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/3 Tsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Water To make a semi-soft dough

Step 3
Kachori Making

Distribute dough in small sections.
Make small balls and roll it like a roti or flat bread.
Now add potato stuffing in middle.
Wrap the kachori sheet like a twisted dumpling.
Remove the extra part.
Falt the kachori using hand.

Step 4
Deep Frying

Preheat the oil and fry the kachori until it gets evenly golden brown in color.
