How to Crochet a STUNNING Sampler Blanket

This video is less of a crochet tutorial, and more of a guide on how to make a crocheted sampler blanket just like mine! I go through everything including the patterns I chose, how to search for crochet patterns, joining methods for your squares, borders, and yarn colours and quantities.

My sampler blanket is inspired by all the "Block A Month Crochet Along"/BAMCAL sampler blankets you can find on Ravelry.

Stylecraft Special DK in Walnut, Mocha, Camel and Parchment (1 ball each)

HOOK: 4mm Clover Amour

SIZE: each square was 20cm across before joining, and the stitch count was 33st along each side not including corner spaces (aim for 32 if you are using my joining method). The finished blanket is 178cm across which is just under 6 feet.
