In this video we go on a Sunday morning walk and we take you to one of stoke.on.trent's beauty spots Westport lake
A lot of people don't realise how many beautiful walks we have on our door step from canals to heritage sites and lakes parks etc
So why not come and join us on this walk and listen to nature and take in the beauty of the trees all the greenery and the lake's
At Westport lake there are 2 lake's a small lake and a large lake so we start off by walking the small lake then we head onto the big lake and we take you where there are some pond's hidden away and sadly are drying up due to not having any rain
There is also a cafe on site where you can buy drinks breakfast and sandwiches its well worth a visit and there is a park for children too
And once you have finished a walk around Westport lake why not take a stroll along the canal towpaths
there is normally a canal boat that serve's drinks moored up at Westport lake too
Great for walking running chilling out or even just photography and even cycling
