S5 E11 We Are Back with A New Heart

It has been about 2.5 to 3 months since I've made a video with the scooter. I had issues with the battery and one day it just flatlined. This is why I stress so much to get the warranty with anything that's electronic. You never know when something just might crap out on you.
I still highly recommend this company and scooter because their customer service was TOP NOTCH and they took really good care of me. With the warranty, they had me run a few tests and without any hassle, they okayed the warranty. There wasn't any fight back or anything. Just a few tests with a few pictures, and we are back up any running.
Yes, it was a few months... who cares.... I didn't have to pay the $1,000 to $1,500 for a new battery. When you go into things knowing where they come from and that there might be a backorder list, you are more at ease when they tell you how long it will take.
Either way... a little wait, no charge, and we are back up and running. Now it's time to continue to put the scooter to the test and show all of you how good of a scooter it is.
