I wanted to make this apartment tour video of my Miami apartment so I can look back at this and remember this significant time in my life, and so you all can see what you can get in Miami for a 760 square foot 1 bedroom + den in Downtown Miami in 2024.
In this video I'll discuss the pricing history of this unit and show the increases since I moved in in July 2021, and the rates I was provided for 2025. You make the decision if you think the price raises are fair for what you get!

Hi everyone! My name is Dre and I moved to Miami to be an NFL Cheerleader for the Miami Dolphins. Due to the timing of my new job, the time of the move was during the most difficult time in moving to Miami, when everyone was moving to Florida during COVID. I bit on the first apartment I could get to reply to me (!) and this is the one I landed on and was able to call home for a lovely 3 years.
