Being a Rush Down type of player, I decided to play Keep Away this time using a Keep Away character like Dormammu. He is fun to play as and is one of my favorite characters in this game. He can Zone, set Traps, and Teleport which makes him an asset on any team. With the right assists, he is a force to be reckoned with.
Super-Skrull works well with Dormammu because of his Tenderizer assist. If an enemy gets in close, I can bring out Tenderizer or use Black Holes. As for playing with Super-Skrull, I dont know how to play with him except using Tenderizer and canceling into his Supers.
Like Dormammu, I play Keep Away with Akuma too because rushing down in this game seems impossible. The CPU gotten smarter and blocks your moves 99% percent of the time using Advancing Guard and blocking, thats the type of challenge I like. Its best to mix up your game with offense and defense and try to look for an opening.
