The conditions were great in the morning, so even with a couple of mistakes and some traffic I smashed my old PB by 1.8 seconds! Looking at the data, I lost at least 0.5s compared to my other "ok" sectors, and had another 0.5s of pace left on the table if I combine the best sectors of the day.
Sadly, the next session was cut short due to someone else's crash, and after that the car was noticeably slower on straights due to hotter outside air. Either way, this was good enough to stick my nose out by 0.069s over my nearest competitor, and grab a P1 in class.
