a comfort roleplay made for those who feel guilty or bad for struggling to believe that they are valued/loved/cared for, including including some advice on the subject using MBT (mentalization based therapy) techniques to encourage healthy communication on the subject.
I feel like this is one of those topics that is rarely discussed in an understanding way, it can be a hard pill to swallow for other to have this conversation, its easy for us to assume/conflate the fact of struggling with believing in the idea that you can be loved, with not believing in others love they give etc.
