Costa Serena is a Concordia-class cruise ship for the Italian cruise line, Costa Crociere. The name Serena was intended to symbolize harmony and serenity.19 May 2007 marked the day of Costa Serena's inaugural event. The event was held in Marseille, France.This large cruise ship carries about 3,700 guests and 1,100 crew, with roughly 1,500 cabins for passengers.
From June 5, 2025, I took a four-night, five-day short cruise on the Costa Serena in the Sea of Japan. The cruise departed from Kanazawa Port and made stops at Sakaiminato, Hakata, and Busan, South Korea, before returning to Kanazawa on June 9.
I shot this video in the early morning of June 8.The ship was quiet, and the deck was shrouded in misty rain.
