Axar Patel, is an Indian international all-rounder. A left-handed batter and left-arm spinner, he debuted in ODIs in 2014 and in Tests in 2021 against England, where he took a memorable five-wicket haul on debut. In that series, he claimed 27 wickets in just 3 matches, becoming the fastest Indian left-arm bowler to reach 25 Test wickets. He has also been part of India’s 2018 Asia Cup–winning squad and the 2023 Asia Cup triumph. In the IPL, he has been a consistent performer, and in 2025, he was named captain of Delhi Capitals.
