Three weeks of training are officially in the books, and the real work is only just beginning. As the intensity picks up on the track, everything I do off of it matters even more — especially recovery. Rehab isn’t just about fixing what hurts; it’s about strengthening what’s weak, protecting what’s strong, and preparing my body for what’s next. 💪🏾✨
I’m already seeing progress from workout to workout and feeling myself get stronger each week. Like I’ve said before, fall training is about locking in, finding your rhythm, and staying consistent — when you do that, the times start to drop and the confidence rises as the shape comes back.
