My go-to homemade flu fighter:
• ½ lemon juice
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 2 crushed garlic cloves
• 3 drops eucalyptus oil (food-grade)
• Cayenne pepper (as much as your soul can handle)
• 1 tbsp honey to balance the fire
Sip slowly. Walk gently. Breathe deeply.
