We went to our first anime event | ANIFEST 2023

Our first ever anime convention this year! Anifest 2023 was held last April 8 at Torrance Cultural Center in Torrance, CA

There are so many activities in this event like vendor halls selling different anime merchandise from t-shirts to action figures. Talented artists are also invited to display their latest art and creations. We also saw some voice actors English dub) where people can take photos and have them sign autographs. One particularly interesting part of this convention is the maid cafe. It's the highly popular Arcane Maid Cafe which hosts many conventions in the United States.

Cosplay competition are never absent! In fact, we saw some very amazing cosplayers. We enjoyed taking photos and videos of them. It felt like being transported in anime world. The day ended with us shopping for action figures and went home with a new Sasuke action figure. Lots of fun!
