KAIZEN is for me the process of letting things pass through you, as you slowly integrate what is organically coming on your path. The small steps that make every day's progress without rushing, just continuing to grow.
The active listening, the focus and attention to this very moment to see what I can do Now to be better, to be one step closer to my true self.
I share with you this piece based on some explorations I've been having with this new Handpan, mainly improvised throughout the connection of the present moment and the acceptance of what is.
Shame, fear of not being enough, of not having played “as good as I could” continue to appear, as I let them flow through me and observe what they are here to teach me.
I deeply honour myself for allowing myself to Be and share my gift with you all, and I honour and thank you for your active listening.
I wish my Music helps in any way to grow further from your present Being and, at the same time, embrace what already is, for we are Divine in each step.
