Welcome to Joe Vlogs Running!
This video takes you to South Bank Parklands in Brisbane, QLD – the largest parkrun in Australia, with over 800 participants every week!
This is the very first video on the channel, kicking off The Sub-16 Minute 5K Series – the first of many!
I’m setting my sights on completing a sub-16 minute 5K by the end of February, and then pushing for a sub-15 minute time before age catches up with me!
Join me on this journey, where you’ll witness both triumphs and setbacks, all while enjoying the beautiful parkruns across Queensland and Australia.
