Mauritius

Definitely worth a visit. We decided to visit Mauritius in November, when the temperatures are very pleasant and there is almost no rain. 10 days gave us enough time to discover the island. We stayed in Flic en Flac, from where we made road trips.
There are many beautiful waterfalls on the island. We visited Tamarid and Charamel waterfall, but the 500 cascade waterfall charm us the most. Be sure to visit Le Morne Beach, where you can hike to Le Morne Brabant (very nice views of Le Morne beach and you can see a bit of the underwater waterfall). Do not forget take a trip to Gabriel or Flat island and if you like get close to the dolphins take a boat from Tamarin Beach. It is cheap 2 hours trip.
