Ingredients:
Chicken – 500g
Ginger - chopped
garlic - chopped
Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder –1tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Soy sauce – 1 1/2 tbsp
Green chilies – 3 chopped
Onion – 2 cubed
Capsicum – 1 cubed
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Green chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – for frying
Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken – Mix chicken with chili powder black pepper turmeric salt Let it sit for 20 minutes.
2. Fry the chicken – Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces until golden and crispy.
3. Prepare the sauce –, saute ginger garlic green chilies, onion, and capsicum. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, and chilli sauce a little water if needed.
4. Combine – Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss well until coated.
5. Serve hot – Garnish with spring onions and enjoy!
