This is something that I've always wanted to do but hey, it's better late than never am I right? Okay then. I welcome you to my playthrough of TMNT: The Cowabunga Collection.

This game is basically a collection, consisting of several TMNT games. 13 in all actually. The list are as follows.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Arcade)
TMNT: Turtles in Time (Arcade)
TMNT IV: Turtles in Time (SNES)
TMNT: Tournament Fighters (SNES, Genesis & NES)
TMNT: The Hyperstone Heist (Genesis)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (NES)
TMNT II: The Arcade Game (NES)
TMNT III: The Manhattan Project (NES)
TMNT: Fall of the Foot Clan (GB)
TMNT II: Back from the Sewers (GB)
TMNT III: Radical Rescue (GB)

If you're wondering about Tournament Fighters, it has all 3 versions: SNES, Genesis and NES. And since I'm the kind of guy that is basically a completionist at best, I'm covering them all. All 13 games and I will be getting the Platinum trophy for it. Spoilers: I already got it.

So up first is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for the Arcade. Released on October 11, 1989, for the Arcades. It's a beat-em up where you play as any of the four turtles: Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Donatello or Raphael. Shredder kidnaps their friend April O'Neil and their master Splinter. The Turtles need to give chase, save their friends and take the fight against Shredder and his many forces. This includes Bebop, Rocksteady, Baxter Stockman and others.

The game was very well received. It was a worldwide hit. It also became the highest-grossing arcade game of 1990 in the US and Konami's highest-grossing game. The game would be ported to various home systems and it would get a sequel.

In this case, I cover the entirety of the Arcade Game, but this Collection has a plethora of boons that would be of a major benefit to the experience... or a hindrance. You'll see what I mean. I get it done but it wasn't pretty to say the least. Not pretty at all. You think that's bad? Just you wait.
