What an in-person Reiki session looks like: Full 30-minute example

I get a lot of questions about what an in-person Reiki session is like, so I’m sharing what my process with you! This is great if you want to get Reiki but aren’t sure what to expect or if you are training to become a Reiki Practitioner or Master and want to see how an in-person session could be done.
