This webinar will present a comprehensive genetic variation analysis pipeline of the grapevine genome using OmicsBox. The session will walk through an end-to-end workflow, from quality control and read alignment to variant calling, population structure analysis, and genome-wide association studies (GWAS).
We will demonstrate how to perform genotype–phenotype association studies using a benchmark dataset in a reproducible and user-friendly environment. Special focus will be given to the detection of high-quality SNP variants and the exploration of their effects on agronomic traits such as berry weight. Attendees will gain practical insights into leveraging the genetic diversity of diploid plant species, such as grapevine, with OmicsBox.
