WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (KUTV) — A West Valley City hit-and-run victim begged for help after their case continued to turn cold.
It's difficult enough to be the victim of a hit-and-run, but you might also need to act as your own detective.
Many police departments will put lower-level crimes on the back burner, especially if they only involve property damage.
