This playful and confident sequence will help you build strength, mobility, and openness in both body and mind as you move toward the arm balance Firefly.
We’ll begin with gentle arm and wrist warm ups, then flow through dynamic postures like Three-Legged Dog, Half Split, Low Lunge, and Warrior III. To prepare the hips and core, we’ll explore wide-legged deep twists, straddle pose with leg lifts, and open the heart with Camel Pose. Finally, we’ll wind down with a soothing cooling sequence to integrate the practice.
