Barry Chuckle was one half of the Chuckle Brothers, who only got to fame in television in the 1980s, ten years after making their mark in 1974. They came from a family background in musical theatre and were still working up to this point.
Barry was working until earlier this year on a new series, until he fell ill. Having entertained children of at least three generations, as well as entertaining adults, Barry passed away aged 73.
