Riding through rain, yet finishing in 41C heat today, there was pretty much only one thing on my mind - I knew that just ahead of me lies a large Indian population in the town of Mae Sot Thailand - I could not wait to TASTE the diverse influences available at Bismillah Restaurant.
Awesome spread of all-veg food, I ordered 4 entrees (just for me, but after 7 hours on the bike, I was even debating ordering more to-go!) - this restaurant is an amazing combo of great prices, friendly service, and awesome authentic Indian cooking.
Thanks to the super cool and inspiring owner of Bismillah, and thanks to her as well for sharing the passion behind this cool restaurant as well!
Finally, thanks as always to Google Maps for allowing a solo traveler to pre-plan answers to questions like "What am I going to eat for dinner immediately after arriving?"
