ABERYSTWYTH TO LLANRHYSTUD PART 2 - Walking The Wales Coast Path

Hello everyone and welcome to Part 2 of the walk from Aberystwyth to Llanrhystud on the Wales Coast Path filmed in July 2025!

If you like clifftop walking then Part 2 of this video is for you!

Continuing on from Part 1 we enter Mynachdy'r-Graig it is after Mynachdy'r-Graig that things start to ramp uphill!

From here you have got the sea trying to turn a turquoise colour and you can also see Newquay further South on the Coast Path the Llyn Peninsula over in the distance on a clear day like this, this section of the walk is one of the best so far of 2025! The wonderful scenery of the Wales Coast Path!

Carrying on with the walk we reach Penderi Cliffs from here the path climbs from gate to gate until a small footbridge is reached the Wales Coast Path reaches heights of 425ft!

After a few more miles walking Pengarreg Caravan Park can be seen in the distance! On entering Pengarreg Caravan Park I found a bench after walking 12 miles I felt I earned another breather! With no other places or resorts between Aberystwyth & Llanrhystud this is a totally tough walk but the views and the scenery is so dramatic it makes the toughness of the walk all the more worthwhile! The best advice is to start out the walk very early!
