Sledgehammer is Cuyuna's big-featured, rocky, high-consequence technical trail. Located in the Mahnomen North unit, and accessed by the Backcountry trail, this trail isn't for the faint of heart.
This was my first ride through Sledgehammer. I took my time and sessioned each big feature, bypassing a couple I didn't feel comfortable with riding solo.
