12-Station Collating System with Flow Wrapper: Increasing Efficiency and Productivity

At Pineberry, we manufacture machines that automate your production line and increase efficiencies across the board! This Collating System includes a 12-station setup with our SF-8 Series Friction Feeders as the main attraction!

Here are the highlights:

Features intuitive touch screen to set operator controls
Product is fed into the magazine of each feeder and dispensed as a single product from each loaded stack
As the product exits the feeder, it is transferred to a lug conveyer, and each product is placed on top of the last one
This continues until the required products reach the flow wrapper
