Rotel cream cheese sausage balls
1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained well
1¾ cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F
(190°С).
In a large mixing bowl, combine uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel.
Add Bisquick baking mix and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until fully combined.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
Tip- wet hand and shape into balls makes it a lot easier.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning over halfway until golden brown and cooked through.
Uncooked sausage balls can be frozen until ready to cook.
