HOW TO STAY ON TRACK WHILE TRAVELING:
don't.
When you are on vacation, your priority should not be fitness, it should be enjoying time with the people you are with and making memories. you enjoy all the yummy vacation food and don't worry about getting a six-pack. That said, you should continue with the healthy habits that will make you feel your best!! I'm not saying "go all in" and forget about fitness or your health. find a balance (even though its hard). for me, that's getting daily movement in and finding a balance between treats and whole foods with protein so I can feel properly fueled to enjoy my trip! fitness is a LIFESTYLE, meaning that it is part of your life and is meant to add to it. its not a punishment. so for me, "staying on track" means keeping up with what makes me feel good. daily movement (even if its just a walk), whole foods, and skin care of course. everyone's vacation will look a little different, just because I wake up at 4:30 to watch the sunrise and work out DOES NOT mean that you have to in order to feel your best. its YOUR BODY and YOUR vacation. you know what adds to your life and what doesn't. you get to create what staying on track means for you. I'm just here to remind you that its ok to let loose, enjoy life, and know that your fitness goals will be there waiting for you when you get back.
