I’ve been thinking a lot about why WoW used to feel magical—back when we logged in to explore, laugh with mates, and do dumb stuff just because it was fun. Somewhere along the way a lot of us started playing like every session had to be “productive.” In this video I talk about flipping that mindset and remembering that the love of the game itself is the point.
Even as a high end Mythic+ player, I still make sure to go out of my way to enjoy all elements of the game. We can sometimes feel like we need to treat the game like a full time MDI level streamer, instead of the vast and expansive world that it actually is.
This is a bit different from my normal M+ content, but I really wanted to make a video on this topic, as on top of competitive gameplay, I also adore this game in its entirety.
