5 Reasons why I bought BOSS ME-90 and 3 Reasons why you might not want to.

Sharing the reasons why I decided to bought BOSS ME-90 Guitar Multi-Effects.

*During the recording of this video, I just bought this unit for less than a week and the total time I've put is less than 6 hours to play around with the unit, so this is just a first initial thought and impression.
*I didn't show any sound demo in this video.

3:28 1st Reason to consider : not so convenient to tweak the Output Setting

Later after I published the video, some additional thought came up.

6th Reason why it's good : Very Smooth transition between each effect with the spill over feature

4th Reason to consider:
The Limited IR Loader function (only 3 slots).
Although it is better than Nothing, but still only just 3 slots feels really limited.

5th Reason to consider:
Can't have dual amp signal/parallel chain.
Meaning you can't set 2 amps on 1 preset and A/B them like you can for example on GX100 (which is of course a much more expensive unit rather than this).

6th Reason to consider:
Very limited EQ section, no Hi Cut or Lo Cut function. Only a Basic Bass Mid Treble.
Very limited Noise Gate function, only a simple 1 basic parameter.
On the other hand, the limitation might be a good thing for you who just want everything to be as simple as possible.

Still, having that said, for my current particular need and purpose, this unit serves me quite well.
The dedicated TuneDown function definitely one of the Biggest reason why it caught my attention.

On the Video I said that I was using the Gtr Amp Output Setting Number 11.
However, After a couple of months using this unit, I decided to use the Line output and a custom IR connected to a Headrush FRFR108 Guitar cab, and found the Tone that I really like, So I am very happy with my purchase.
