Welcome to the vlog!
Todays vlog is all about about health and fitness, and basically taking care of yourself. We start off with doing some press on nails by Kiss. I purchased these Kiss press on nails from Amazon and they really did not disappoint. I've had them on for over 2 weeks and they have held up really well. We then decide to make protein pancakes as a healthy breakfast alternative which was very delicious. I also did a mini review on the Oura Ring Gen 4 that I recently purchased.
