ThumperTalk Ride Thru Some Colorado Springs SingleTrack- RokFox Rides

~30 Mile, round trip, mostly singletrack ride outside of Colorado Springs. Took about 5hrs. Plenty of stopping and talking filming. Highest elevation was about 9600ft.

Long, hot ride. Be sure to bring at least 2L of water. I bring closer to 4 but I drink a lot.

Gotta have a GPS or compass. I use a Garmin 64st w TOPO maps.

Have recovery equipment if needed. Tow strap, tape, zip strips, jb weld etc.

Basic tools. Th factory KTM tool roll is great. Only need to add a few things- tire plug kit, spare spark plug, 550 cord, tourney, etc.

Have basic medical equip. Tourniquet AT LEAST, some gauze, benadryl. I carry a few spare towels and few pairs of gloves, a lighter, and depending on distance and time of year: a firearm.
