You have to ask your self why would a Mortgage Broker tell people low rates don’t really exist, that the companies offering low rates will just disappoint you when you ask for them & as a mortgage borrower you should just take a Broker’s word, you’re getting the best rate? Is it possible the Mortgage Broker telling you this is has “There own reasons” to tell people high rates are all you can get 90% of the time? Couldn’t have to do with Commissions could it. Hey, this much is true: not every rate you see online is available to every customer BUT a rate that may only just a bit higher is actually available. So KEEP SHOPPING
