I’ve mentioned that I’m enrolled in a clinical trial at Oregon Health and Science University that’s evaluating whether exercise significantly improves remyelination. The lead investigator, Dr. Lindsey Wooliscroft, recently presented her team’s findings to date. I’m sharing that with you, in hopes that you’ll be encouraged!
