✅ 2 stalks celery
✅ 2.5 ounces (70 g) tomato paste
✅ Salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning (to taste)
For the tomato sauce:
✅ 2 large tomatoes
✅ 2 cloves garlic
✅ Bunch of cilantro
✅ 1 sprig of basil
For the Bechamel sauce:
