변우석의 몰두, 상상 그리고 외따움. 그가 연기를 준비할 때를 상상하며 영상을 촬영했습니다. 배역에 골똘히 집중하거나 의식의 흐름에 자신을 맡기도 하죠. 하지만 그 끝은 동일합니다. 꿈을 향해 계속 해서 나아가는 것. 하나의 점을 향해 계속 깎이는 연필처럼 계속 꿈을 향하겠다는 그가 한 과거의 인터뷰 답변처럼 말이죠.
FOCUS ON, ZONE OUT, and SOLITUDE. When building this concept, I imagined Byeon WooSeok in the process of preparing his role for the next series. Sometimes he’s deeply focused on his character, other times he zooms out and empties his mind. But the ending is always the same. Keep doing his best to make his dream come true. Just as he once said in an interview, like a pencil that keeps sharpening toward a single point, he remains dedicated to his goal.
