How to install Docker on windows ?

Prerequisites
System Requirements:

Windows 10/11 Pro, Enterprise, or Education (Home users can use Docker Desktop with WSL 2 backend).
64-bit architecture with virtualization enabled in BIOS.
Ensure WSL 2 is Installed (for Docker Desktop):

WSL 2 (Windows Subsystem for Linux) is required to run Docker on Windows.
