Simple fried chicken recipe that is juicy and crispy at the same time.
Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless chicken thigh
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs sugar
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1 egg white
1 tbs salt

Breading:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tbs salt
1 tbs ground black pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup plain flour
