Salt and pepper for marinate
2 pcs eggs for the eggwash
All purpose flour
For the salted egg sauce
Salted egg 4nos
Unsalted butter 100g
Heavy cream 200ml
4 pcs red chili padi
4 stock curry leaves
50 ml water
For the Potato salad
5 potatoes
2 pcs boiled egg
70g of mayonnaise
Salt and pepper for the seasoning taste.
