This vintage Peugeot ten speed bicycle was donated to our community Bike Kitchen. It has a steel lugged frame with chrome tips on the fork. The frame is a beautiful emerald green color but has rust issues. It seems to have original components: Maifac "racer" center pull brakes and levers with half hoods and Simplex derailers with downtube friction shifters. It has 27 X 1 1/4" wheels. It has an ADGA? leather saddle. It has a traditional cup and cone bottom bracket. It has the original steel wheels with textured Rigida rims The wheel hubs are labeled "Normandy". The chain rings have one missing rivet that we hope we can replace. We need a cotter key to remove the pins from the crank arms. 70's Peugeot UO-8. Probably somewhere from 1971-72.
